  • Our first time trying Nathan's and first time eating at the Luxor. There were 2 crew members behind the counter, after 20 seconds of waiting, we were "greeted" by this guy. Blank stare. Nothing. Didn't say "hi", "how can i help you", etc.. NONE OF THAT! If you're having a bad day at work atleast fake a greeting. It felt like we were talking to a vending machine. No conversation, but the food/drink will arrive after you pay. Never coming back. Peace out!
