  • Sucks! I work at the mall went in there twice to look for a shoe. Twice wasn't greeted or asked if I needed anything. Figured the first time was a fluke so I went to give them another chance; nope, same service, if not worse. I stood by the door where their stock people were coming in and out of. No hello or can I help you. I'd much rather give my business to journeys where I got helped in under 5 minutes.
