I arrived here with couple of my colleagues for dinner since we had our business partner visiting us from out of town. Even though there were plenty of empty tables, it took them ten minutes to get us to the table. We didn't mind because we were having great conversation.
Once we were seated, our server was very quick. She took our drink orders and brought it fairly quickly. We told her that our two guest will be coming in few minutes and she didn't bug us after that until our guest arrived (I like that). We had enough time to decide what we wanted to order for appetizer so we ordered it right away when our waiter took the drink order from our guest. Again, our waiter just kept her eye on our drinks for re-fill from distance. If we were close to empty than she re-filled it. One of the think I hate about going to bar is they bug you get more drinks right after you are about half empty and it wasn't the case here.
Our appetizer arrived in fair amount of time, I had hummus and pita where I though pita should have been litte soft like I used to get at CANS when there were open. Now, we were down few drinks and we started talking about our college life so now god help us LOL.. I am glad I was able to keep it all PG13. We ordered our main dish while we are about half way done with our appetizers. By the time everyone was done with their collage story, our food arrived.
My goat cheese ravioli was delicious! I clean out my plate even after finishing my hummus and pita. We never felt we were pushed for additional drinks or any other items. That's how it should be IMO. I would have given them five star but I didn't like the wait in the beginning and I think they can improve on the pita.
I have been here plenty of time during night out for drinks but this was the first time I was here for dinner. All in all, it was great experience.
