  • I have never been so frustrated at a children's place. The employee was so busy playing basketball and rough housing with children she failed to protect the smaller and younger children. I have photos of the employee tackling and fighting over her coat with 3 older children. I brought it to her attention that the older kids were pushing the younger kids down the steepest slide. Her reply: we are moving to the other side soon. Yet the child continued to bully the younger ones without the employee intervening. The same child was kicking and preventing the younger kids from being able to complete the obstacles course. This experience means I won't be back and I won't be booking a birthday party for my son at this establishment. I had grabbed a flyer to find out more because the facility seem clean and well organized. And I love to host parties where I just show up. But it won't be at this place.
