  • I'm giving these guys a 1 even though the Quartz counter top was nice and they did a fairly good job but they made a mess of my new home which I just moved in on the 1st of April. They sawed the opening for the sink in my kitchen ( I understand why ) but all they said was that it would be noisy not once did they mention the extreme dust (Silica) or the health hazards of breathing it in. My whole house is covered from my new furniture, vents, fans, floors, etc.. I have been very ill and just home from the hospital and now I have a breathing problem, my Daughter who is visiting me to help with my healing had to use a breathing apparatus, even my dogs got sick. Home Depot contracted with French Quarry and when advised of the problem of the dust they were told I should have covered the areas I did't want exposed (wasn't that there job?) French Quarry refused to do anything about it and now I am forced to hire at great expense to me cleaning people to get my home back in shape . Customer service and common sense can make or break a company and this company is on it's way to be broken. I feel the least they should do is pay for a complete cleaning of my home.
