  • Update: We recently had our garbage disposal go out. Within an hour of calling the management company, we had a vendor calling to see if we would be home within the next couple hours. From the first email to the garbage disposal being in, it took about five hours. FIVE hours for that! We were very impressed. We have never had a landlord/management company move that fast. As with my previous review, we have had other issues at the property that were taken care of promptly. Very satisfied.
