  • If there was a zero star, I would have used that. I am appalled and dismayed with the lack of empathy and professionalism this office fails to deliver. I saw 26 patients in a small room which was approximately 90degrees. Today was over 108 degrees, so you can imagine how hot it was. This was the second time I had been in Dr.Rosenmann's so called waiting room. The staff wouldn't even give me water. Actually, she told me there was no water available for me. I think Dr.Rosenmann is too cheap to put a water dispenser in the "waiting room". After a 6 week+ wait for an initial appointment, I had to wait another week because I arrived 12 minutes late. I saw the front office do the same to another new patient as she was 10 minutes late because she had to walk to the office because their parking lot was full. I think Dr.Rosenmann needs to get his act together and at least make water available. All I can say is yuck. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR I WILL BE FILING A GRIEVANCE LETTER ABOUT MY EXPERIENCES AND HOPEFULLY HE WILL GET IT TOGETHER. SHAME ON HIM!
