rev:text	I lived here for one year, and regret moving out every day. The apartments are well-maintained, very centrally-located next to the new light rail, and the residents are very friendly! I keep to myself, but almost every resident had a smile, a wave, and a quick greeting as I passed in and out. I never felt like there were busybodies watching my every move, but I knew that my neighbors knew who I was. It wouldn't have been hard to make new friends. When I moved in, one resident offered to be my "mom" and make me dinner every now and then! I never once felt insecure in and around the apartments, despite its downtown location. I never once saw a broken car window in the parking lot or on the street. The apartments are half a mile from the police station and fire station, far enough that you don't notice the siren noise, but you definitely feel safe. Maintenance was very responsive, and tried to solve problems instead of fixing things good-enough. I got an entirely new toilet apparatus, when all it would have taken was some duct tape to fix. Talk about top-notch service. The office staff is incredible. They know every resident's name, a little about them, and always act pleased when you ask them for help. I once expected an important package, but was held up at work so I got home after office hours ended. The manager had just set the alarm and locked the doors, and was walking to her car when I rushed up. After explaining that I desperately needed a package, she was more than willing to unlock the doors, de-arm the alarm, and let me grab it from the office. This sort of incredible service is typical around the Cimarron, from each member of the staff! The laundry facilities are brand new, secure enough you don't have to babysit your clothes, and very clean. I once forgot a load for several hours, and came back to find it dried and folded by a stranger. That's the kind of people who live at the Cimarron. I really regret leaving the Cimarron. You will not regret living here if you are looking for somewhere with reasonable prices, friendly staff, updated apartments, and an unbeatable location!
