  • THE best buffet in Vegas! My review is solely on their brunch (will try their dinner buffet next time). For about $25/person for brunch ($30/person for brunch and bottomless champagne and mimosas), you can have all the food and drink you want! Not bad considering that everything they serve is AMAZING. They have THE most amazing eggs benedict I have ever had in my entire life! It's the most perfectly poached egg with the most amazing hollandaise sauce over a mouthwatering slice of ham and a sourdough muffin you'll ever put in your mouth! When you slice through it, the egg yolk oozes over the rest of the eggs benedict. I have dreams about it. Soooo good!!! Beef tenderloin - melts in your mouth! Shrimp - huge, succulent morsels of delicousness! Desserts - perfection! My favorites are the key lime pie and the cheesecake. I make it a habit to go to The Buffet at Bellagio whenever I'm in Vegas. Everything is delicious! Make sure to go with an empty stomach!
