I RARELY write reviews here but I couldn't help it. I had been going to this dry cleaner for almost two years with no issues. Everything was going good until I noticed a series of spots on a new dress shirt (paid over $100) that had never had those spots when I dropped it off. I immediately noticed them and told the polite lady of it. She said I would have to call back when the owner was there. I thought the owner should have reached out to me but ok. I did not want to be a pest. I came back a week later and she was there again. I was told the same thing. I asked that they clean it again to see if the spots would come out. They were more faint this time but still very visible. I insisted on speaking with him but she said she would leave a note for him to call. He never did. I followed up a week later. This time it was a younger boy working. I informed him of my issue and he suggested to call back when the owner was present. I told him I was tired of the passing the buck that was going on. I told him to get the owner on the phone. After he got his boss on the phone I insisted on speaking directly to the owner but the owner refused to speak with me. He would not let the boy hand over the phone to me!!! He did not have the integrity or accountability to speak with me, a weekly customer, for the last 18 months. I was appalled and irate! Not only that, he made a young, early twentysomething kid face the music for him!
This place needs to be avoided! People who do business like this have no business being in business. Boycott... or suffer the same frustrations as me.
