  • Normally our service at Someburros is prompt. Tonight was a little different. My husband inquired with one of the employees about the delay. Tanya (sp?) immediately checked on our food. It was brought out soon after along with an apology for the delay. Tanya also offered compensation for our trouble. We were thoroughly impressed with this level of customer service and extremely satisfied with the outcome. Many businesses could learn a thing or two about customer satisfaction from Someburros.
