At first I was frustrated because what I thought I paid for expired, because the initial person I spoke with at Massage Envy explained the package incorrectly. She is no longer working there. When I talked to a manager, she apologized and immediately reactivated my account and honored the massages that I had paid for because there were some some missing paperwork. In society today, especially in vegas, businesses do not seem to care about their customers. Most businesses here, at least what I've experienced, have no understanding. They just want to make money and move on to the next sucker. Thank you so much manager at massage envy near Galleria mall, you restored my faith in humanity (as cheesy as it sounds... its true!)
