  • I drove to the downtown area after spending all morning calling around for a laptop battery. This was the only place that had it in stock. I walked in and was warmly greeted right away, had my battery replaced while I waited. He cleaned the interior out before putting the new battery in and afterwards checked that it was all working well and up to speed. Love doing business with a local small businesses and better yet, the customer service was top notch! This will now be my go to place for my laptop and phone. Thank you Mel for a great experience after years of pulling my hair out with big box impersonal dealings.
