  • I had a terrible experience getting ombre done at Allure Hair and Spa in Willowdale with no remorse from the owner of the salon. The Institute was highly recommended by one of the intructors, Mallory. Bert was my stylist, and at only 5 months in, she was awesome! She highlighted my hair with bleach under supervision of both instructors and then applied a toner to calm it all down. In the end, I didn't look like the Khloe Kardashian that I wanted to initially, but she made me look a thrillion times better than the horrendous mess that Allure did. Everyone is so nice, pleasant, and skilled! I could see the creativity in the students just from their own hair and social personalities. Overall, this place felt right! Thank you Aveda, Mallory, and Bert for fixing me! I will be coming back every single time I need a cut or color!
