  • 4 stars for the food but 1 star for the customer service. I have been in here several times and I have to say I feel very uncomfortable with the fact that no females work at this location. The all male staff that I experience every visit makes for a uncomfortable visit. They aren't friendly, never crack a smile or even ask how are you? There is one gentleman in particular that is working every time I'm there that needs to work on his customer service (not sure of his name). He seems like the lead guy there. Last time I was in I asked how he was and his reply was "I'm here". I don't understand why people work in the customer service industry and yet provide no customer service. I want to return and enjoy a sandwich here but I'm uncomfortable doing so.
