  • Pretty disappointed. Party of 8, made reservation over a week ago. Reconfirmed the morning of. Mentioned it was a birthday party as well. It's been a half hour of waiting in a very crowded, high traffic area. Apparently our table was given away and the patrons are having dessert and leisurely dining (which they have every right to do). So folks, the learning point is, don't think a reservation and good service is a sure thing at Without Papers.
