For a company that "prides" themselves on their diagnosis and work I feel like something was missed along the way. I wanted to make sure that a newly installed compressor(with warranty) was good to go before recharging and ADS cleaned the line, evacuated, leak checked, and then finally charged only once they said it hold the vacuum and passed the leak dye test.
Less than 12 hours later my A/C was not working AGAIN. I called the service technician and all he could say was "well for another 100.00 bucks we could run a diagnosis"...
So they want me to pay for another diagnosis which was already ran before re-charging less than a day before the system failed... doesn't sound like very prideful work to me. I came here because I heard good reviews but the experience has been 180 degrees from that.
I would seriously consider other options, the work was shoddy and they take no ownership of their work or accountability. STAY AWAY unless you want to enter a revolving door that will keep the charges coming.
