  • Hands down the weirdest and ties for #1 as being one of the worst massages ever. Nicole did not introduce herself when she took me from the waiting area to the massage area. I was not asked to fill out any paperwork. No conversation on what kind of pressure I like. 1 top bed sheet covered me, strange. Lotion was not used for the back portion of my legs. It was truly a crappy massage/experience! Yes, I purchased a Groupon, but that is a businesses mean of advertising and inviting ppl to try your service. It's not a mean of providing terrible customer service and a bad experience! I will not be back and it's truly sad I took time out of my day for what I thought would be relaxing, but ended up being wasteful time and money wise.
