  • I love Blackbird. The best bread in Toronto plus their desserts are very strong too. The kids love the plain white bread but the real winner is the sourdough. Crispy crust, soft crumb, lots of flavour. The pastries are winners too, especially the fruit danishes and canelés. Plus, one of the only places in Toronto to get Kouign Amann.
