  • Hello fellow yelpers! I have to update my review. I wouldn't want to steer you wrong. Unfortunately, all the ladies that did amazing eyebrows (Rabeha, Eva, 1 other) are no longer working here anymore. Slowly one by one has either left by their own choice or by the company. It's a bummer because the ladies currently there aren't great at doing eyebrows. Not only are the eyebrows being done poorly, but customer service has sure gone downhill too. Please Brow Art 123 train the ladies on how to properly thread eyebrows. Also on proper steps and procedures. I'm having eyebrows that aren't being removed completely. They aren't even bothering to remove them at least with tweezers. In addition, please wipe and clean the area before starting to remove hair. After removal of hair put the calming lotion. You have the required products so why not use them. It's very inconsistent. Sometimes they use the lotions and sometimes they don't.
