  • Booked two suites with some friends for March Madness with some friends. Upon arrival I was given a pass with no explanation. After driving around not able to find the parking I pulled up to the valet where there were 4 employees. One was engaged with a customer the other three were just talking amongst themselves as if no one was literally 10 ft in front of them. I just needed pointed to where self parking was located. I got tired of waiting and took another lap around the property only to find a hidden parking lot down a steep hill. I go down it and pull up to the thing where you take your ticket and it lets you in. Only there was no ticket to take. It was an employee lot. There was also nowhere to go, I couldn't go through or turn around. I have to back up my SUV on this narrow, steep hill. All while praying no one tries to pull into it at the same time. Frustrated after not being addressed for 5 whole minutes of this, I decided I would exit the property and drive back around and ask the guy at the gate. I told him I couldn't find self parking and he said I would have to go out past Too Golf and around to the sled parking at the MGM Grand. I do as he says and find out that I am way too far to bring everything I need so I decide to go back to the gate. I saw the gate attendee take a deep breath and sigh as I approached him for a third time. I explained, it looks like I do have to park here with the valet because I can't carry everything I had for the weekend. He said that was impossible because they only give one parking pass per reservation. I plead asking if I could just be charged for it and he said absolutely not. I told him there is nowhere else that I can park nearby. But also, it is a suite and people drive from different states. He was apathetic and told me there was nothing else he could. I started feeling distraught but after looking in the rear view and seeing five cars piled up behind me, I faced defeat and left. The property could be beautiful as could be the room and amenities but I will not know because greedy company policies and people that have no concept of customer service rule at the MGM. Don't accept that. Go to Caesars Palace or anywhere else. Most places in Las Vegas still care about their customers.
