Our HVAC was not running as well as it usually does. I called Home Depot and requested a tune-up. A contractor with Home Depot came, inspected the HVAC unit and claimed that the evaporator coil was broken, and that there is water is dripping into the heating unit that leads into the control panel, as a result our compressor is unable to handle the load. He recommended that we shut off the HVAC unit immediately and of course suggested that we replace the entire HVAC unit ASAP. He then provided a (rip off) quote of 15k. I called Rescue One Air, they sent a technician out and less than 10 minutes later he had our issue figured out. He explained that the water dripping from the evaporator coil was a singularity, resulting from poor air circulation, which in most cases is caused by blocked filters. 30-min later our AC was up and running. There was never a need to replace the unit. I am highly impressed with the professionalism and true knowledge of Rescue One Air. I highly recommend them.
