Just had their Brunch for the first time today, holy crap. I went for with no reservation right at 1030 when they opened and was quickly seated at the bar. If you want a brunch table you really need to call ahead.
We started with the make your own bloody Mary bar which blew my mind. You get a choice of several different alcohols and a mass of options to throw in them. The choices literally blew my mind. The knowledgable bar tender warned me not to overpopulate my bloody Mary and I'm glad I took his advice. They literally had 20 kinds of hot sauce to finish your drink with.
We started with the seared pork belly topped with an egg and kimchi. It was phenomenal I'd go back just for this. The appetizer was last meal good.
I had the short rib hash and my guest had the Irish breakfast(forget the real name). Both were awesome. The service was good and the place was bustling. The only downside is that it's really small, this wasn't a problem today but I can see how it would be.
Will definitely return
