I had a bad experience at Lexus of Madison! I traded my used LS 430 in for a used LS 460. After signing the paperwork at about 5:00 pm, I drove home. After experiencing uncomfortable seats and having buyers remorse, I contacted them early the next day and wanted to cancel my contract and get my old LS 430 back. I offered to pay any cancellation fee or penalty for their trouble. It was nearly impossible to get anyone to call me back. Eventually, a sales manager returned my call and said they did not have a car return policy. He said the cost to me, to bring it back and get my car back was about $4,900.00!!! It was clear they had no intentions of letting me out of the contract. They also originally told me they would hold my check for a few days, so I could transfer funds to cover my check. They cashed and deposited my check the very next day, and I was overdrawn at my bank!!
Later, I had believed that Lexus would repair my wheels which were flaking. They did not come through on that. (Advice: get anything "owed to you" in writing). I called the Service Dept on another issue and left a message, which was never returned! Customer satisfaction is really not a high priority for them. This was the worst and only bad experience I've had in my life of buying cars.
