  • The new Corepower Yoga is a sorely needed addition to North Central Phoenix. Centrally located at 7th Street & Missouri in the Cinema Park shopping center this location is convenient to everyone in the area and easy to get to for those who aren't. Walking in I was blown away by how big this location is, it's easily twice the size of the Old Town Scottsdale studio and probably three times as big as the Tempe location. The locker rooms (at least the men's and I'll assume the women's as well) is huge with plenty of space to change, clean-up and shower. The studios are also very large with plenty of space to practice or the ability to fit a large class without concern. Two studios are open now and Kaytee mentioned that a third is still under construction. Much like the other Corepowers, there is a broad range of classes, from unheated basic C1 classes to heated C2 vinyasa flow classes. They also offer Sculpt which is a combination of yoga with handheld weights, Hot Power Fusion which challenges you to hold poses longer and build strength, and Core Restore, a yin class that helps you to balance out your practice. The staff and fellow members are extremely friendly and make you feel very welcome. Corepower, welcome to the North Central area, we're glad to have you!
