  • Took my truck in for AC service. Service was scheduled early in the morning, and check-in was prompt and courteous. Service rep also checked on any remaining recalls/TSB's for the truck. All were up to date. The service bill was reasonable and honest for the work involved. Overall, no complaints in the service process from start to finish. While waiting for the truck to be finished, I walked the lot and relaxed on one of the outside benches. The lot offers a good selection of vehicles, however one thing I enjoyed about the lot was the landscaping and the design. Seems like a weird thing to comment on, but Coulter's lot is a bit nicer than others in the area. A little bit of shade here and there, nice Date Palms, and some grass out front. And despite it being close to the 303, ambient noise was relatively quiet too. Furthermore, the outside benches are a nice touch. In fact, they could use a few more! It's a pleasant retreat away from the hustle-bustle of the waiting area, especially if busy. If I were to be in the market for a new Nissan, I would definitely consider Coulter Nissan. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family as well.
