  • I WISH I could give this company a zero! This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Just the worst company in general. They have no communication or organization skills amongst themselves and customers. They were nothing but problems! I lived at the same house for 3 years and problems started once they took over American Colony Homes. Everyone in this place should be fired. They never answer phones! Only emails whenever they decide they want to or it's finally convenient for them. They messed up on my rent, move out date, and move out inspection! Never told me anything! NEVER RENT/PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY! AVOID AT ALL COST!
