  • JPS was sent out by my home warranty company to evaluate a leeking water main pipe... Bobby, the tech for JPS, removed some water from the water box, found the pipe leaking was a city pipe, then proceeded to tell me that he couldn't fix it and that I needed to contact the city water services. Here's the clincher... he gave me a $400 dollar bill for breaking ground and told me that it was usually $700 and that he was giving me deal. $400 to spend 15 minutes moving some dirt and water around. I've already contacted First American Home Warranty AND left a message for JPS President, who graciously asks for any feedback and concerns on the back of their receipt. Go some place else if you're needing plumbing services.
