  • This has been the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. This company overcharges for service when you have no option and your pool is down. Recently i contacted them when the pool pump stopped operating. I called the main service number like i have for years, and a tech came out in a few days. They said nothing was wrong, however the pool pump was still not operating. I called the technician and he said it was the pool pressure. I doubled checked the pressure on the timer and the vacuum would not even run. A tech showed up weeks later to say it was clogged and wanted to charge me another service fee. I called to complain and they just turf me to a manager and would not comp the $90 fee. The customer service rep 'carla' could not help me and really did even try to retain my business. I am just astonished how poorly this has gone. I have been a customer for years - I should have changed years ago but will be cancelling my service effective today. I would not recommend them to anyone.
