| - 3.5 - They were certainly friendly, but not sure that I trust them 100%.
Let's face it. You're here out of convenience and you pay for it too! Literally around the corner from my house.
$47+taxes to get an oil change, done within 9mins VS. ~$35 (my guy) / $50 @Costco w/ filter and wait an eternity. Sometimes, it's worth your money just to pay a bit extra, get in, and gtfo, especially for oil changes which is probably one of the most annoying errands of any car owner.
Service is fast and friendly, but they will try to upsell you stuff that you may or may not need. I'm guessing that this is more true if you happen to be female. They said that my air filters were dirty, showed me one (not sure where they obtained it), and said it would be ~$34 to change it. Ha ha, cool story, bro. Aren't filters like $10? My usual guy INCLUDES it in the price of my oil change, cheaper, but waiting is involved.
Got a receipt so that I can write off the service, but some of the stuff on there is doubtful, e.g. adjusting tire pressure. I never saw them pay much attention to the tires, just literally what's under the hood.
