  • Had some technical issue with my iPhone 6 plus.. Apple wasn't able to do much but told me to replace it. Mind as well get a new phone. Walked in to the Sprint store to see what my options were. First thing first, this gentlemen named Manny was really wonderful. He assisted me with everything that i need (all i care about is GB & pricing). He really patient and very honest. I appreciated all the help that he's done for me. Walked in with a messed up iPhone 6 plus and walked out with a iPhone 7!! Manny was very professional and had excellent customer service. My parents will be needing new phones soon. Will definitely go back to this location and possible pay a visit to Manny.
