  • I had a pleasant experience bringing my car in for a vehicle recall. John was very friendly and helpful. He got me a rental to help me go on with my day smoothly and get to work. I would recommend this place if you need to get work done, just know you will pay dealer premium for services, but seems like a small dealership that allows you to have more personal attention when you come in for service. I just wish there were more audi dealership near Tempe or in downtown, but this is the next closest one after North Scottsdale.
