I'm giving this place a 3 because a good portion of the experiences here have been fine. Had a 1/2 hour convo with one of the venders one time and she was so sweet and friendly! But last time I went to the grooming area it was not a good experience.
I took my dog to get his nails clipped. He's very wiggley so I understand it's going to be difficult to clip them (henceforth why I don't do it). However, I saw the groomers putting him in a sort of headlock, which again, I understand needs to be done since he's squirmy. When I came in to get him they said they could not finish because he bit one of the groomers. Of course I asked her if she was all right, I'm so sorry, which she said she was totally fine. She and one of the other Groomers were even apologetic. But the other girl was very short and said "he bit her so we can't finish and if he does it again he can't come back." Now I get it if that's your policy but the way she said it - I did not feel was professional. I know it's a cliche but it's not what she said, its how she said it. We've been taking him to petsmart for 3 years, even taken classes, and he's never had an issue. The fact that she was rude about the situation really turned me off to coming here for grooming services. I mean, you've got him in a headlock, what do you expect?! He's probably going to get nervous and defensive.
Again for the most part everythings been fine. I'll probably Return for products but have found a new groomer to take our dog to.
