| - Even though the weekend morning pandemonium at the coffee bar/bakery area practically gives me hives, I keep coming back... again and again. The plain old school straight up coffee is surprisingly mellow and palatable. The baked goods are downright irresistible. The cinnamon muffins and scones are out of this world, and I'm clearly not the only one who feels that way since they were already out of both last few times I was in. You greedy bastards!
The flowers are gorgeous, unique, and high-quality. The beer selection is excellent and I love that you can buy singles (although I worry that Total Wine is going to have them beat in no time, both in selection and price). The soup and salad bar are predictably satisfying, and their cheese selection is fab. Oh, and they have my beloved Fage Greek yogurt -- the only vendor in central Phoenix, that I am aware of.
Only minus one teensy tiny bit of a star because it's pricey; but do remember, you get what you pay for. The remainder of that star comes off because the patrons are completely insufferable. I practically have to elbow bitches out of the way to get my number at the bakery. This ain't Last Chance, you crazy hos! Calm down, we will all be caffeinated in turn. Sheesh!
