Let me start this by saying THEY TOOK MONEY FROM ME TO FIX MY CAR AND NEVER FIXED MY CAR.
Experience 1: After being late by 30 minutes, which didn't bother me too much, the tow guy looked under my hood to see if he could easily solve my problem. It was an easy fix of changing my positive terminal but said he didn't have the part. Towed me to my house. Told me it would cost $7 to fix and that he would be back by my house tomorrow and to leave the hood popped open. I gave him money in good faith. He never came back, and though he kept promising he would stop by, i waited a week without before getting my car fixed.
Experience 2: After the dude who took my money never fixed my car, I had to get it towed again to a REAL auto shop. Called at 7:15 am and ETA of 8:57. Got a phone call from 777 at 9:15 saying they were running 30 minutes behind, but to just tell State Farm that they were already at my house towing my car. FINALLY at 9:55am they show up. The guy AGAIN tells me he can fix my problem. He ends up BREAKING the plastic cover to the terminal so now I have to PAY MORE because now more things are broken. I tell him to stop touching my car and just to tow it, and he starts shouting at me about how I know nothing about cars and it's fine to have a cracked plastic fuse box.
Both experiences were terrible. I called my State Farm agent to let them know how bad they were.
