We are current residents at Selwyn 3400, and have lived here for about three years. During which time the leasing office has gotten a new leasing agent named Noelle and also a new assistant. Both of which are extremely nice! We often take our dog Kobe into the office just to say hello, and they give him treats. There is a Keurig in the leasing office which is nice when we run out of coffee to just run down and grab a cup, and maybe a muffin too! Noelle always has some sort of goodies down there for residents.
We have had a couple of minor maintenance issues like food disposal not working or our dog rips our blinds down but all were taken care of that day or the following. The maintence guy Orlando is also very friendly.
The property is always very well maintained- as you'll never see garbage laying around.
The units are a bit outdated. The kitchen and bathroom are fairly small. Kitchen is furnished with a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher but not a microwave - and certainly not a lot of counter space to place one. But there is a gas grill by the pool to use at your disposal! Our apartment has an exposed brick wall which is awesome!! The bedroom is very spacious with his and her closets.
The location/ atmosphere is PERFECT! Most of the residents are young, professionals so fairly quite during week days. We recently "misplaced" our keys which left our apartment unlocked for two days and didn't worry about anyone bothering our things!
There are a lot of residents who own dogs. So there is a little 'dog area' next to the basketball court.
