I've been here twice and am overall very pleased with my experiences. I went around lunch and there was a long line but it moved quickly. The staff was nice and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised that even though it's not a server based model, they still walk around and check on how the food is and if you need more water. The space is beautiful and modern; exposed brick, chalkboards, hardwood floors, subway tile; textbook hip restaurant. I had a Rosemary braised beef sandwich that hit the spot; I took a tip from a regular and used some of the sauces/oils they make available. The bread was crusty and fresh, the beef was flavorful and rich; I felt like I was eating a really good meal. You definitely feel like you're getting a good value for your money. I wasn't blown away but I was totally satisfied.
Parking is tough because... Strip District, no sides included, it's hard to find a seat bc they're so popular.
