rev:text	My boyfriend and I had a stressful day and decide last minute to go get a massage. This was my first Thai massage experience and was so excited. We decided to drive from tempe to the Scottsdale location and was happy to find somewhere open until 10pm. We arrived at 9 pm and was told we couldn't do the hour massage we originally wanted because even though it says they're open until 10pm that try and have everyone out by 945pm. A little disappointed we had no choice but to get the half hour massage. The receptionist (very kind) explained they would start with our feet and if that was something we'd like. We both said yes but our main concern was getting our backs massaged. Fast forward a bit....we had a face pat and some petting. Not the strong massage we asked for. Once done with the feet, I thought it was time for the good stuff (my stiff shoulders) but the gentleman lifted my eye towel and said we were done and handed me my shoes. A little a confused I let myself out and saw it was only 925pm. What?? We informed the receptionist and she was confused because she said she specifically told them we wanted our backs massaged and that maybe it was because they thought they were going home before we arrived and didn't want to work until close and offered us 20% off or next visit. Nice of her but we wanted our massage that night. If they wouldn't have made us pay and tip before we went in we wouldn't have paid for the 20 min disappointment. $70 later and my shoulders are still stiff. Yelp let me down on this one.
