  • My pool is looking even worse than it did at the time of my initial review. The plaster is now wearing through. It is almost completely white. Doug, states that we never contacted him, believe what you will but if someone took you for thousands of dollars would you just give up? We sent certified letters, hired a lawyer, and made complaints with licensing boards. Only to find out that scam artists like this one can get away with providing crappy work in Arizona. Do yourself a favor and pay the big guys a little more, and avoid this guy like the plague. If you would like pictures of our "beautiful" Big Daddy pool message me for updates on its deterioration.
