  • Great customer service! They removed and replaced the padding and carpet in the master bedroom, carpet cleaned the rest of the house using a pet treatment, stretched the carpet on the stairs, and tile and grout cleaned in all tiled areas. I can't thank Gustavo enough for how quickly and efficiently they got the job done. I had just moved in and to my surprise the carpet was horrible. We knew the master bedroom carpet needed to be replaced (cat urine) and I had furniture being delivered within days. Gustavo gave me a name of a carpet place and I was able to purchase my carpet from them and Gustavo picked up my carpet the next morning and installed the new pads and carpet. The carpet doesn't match exactly.... but it was good enough. A special order would have taken an additional week and I didn't have the time with the furniture delivery. I am so please with this company. I would use them again.
