Came here for the first time and had 1 hour massage.
What's Hot
- Technique. Cindy has a pretty good understanding of the body. For example, my neck and shoulders were pretty sore from the previous day and it was not loosening up. By the time Cindy was finished, my soreness in my neck and shoulders were gone. She made sure to massage the top of my neck/bottom of my skull and massaged my scalp for a few seconds. She'll use her knees to apply pressure. She'll massage your hands and feet.
- Personable. Cindy is nice and sweet and gives you some tips to help your body. She cares that she does a good job and checks in with you about the pressure.
- Price. One hour is $50. Her prices are reasonable for the time of the massage.
What's Not
- Be prepared to be uncomfortable. Cindy's technique is more Chinese than western style. That means you need to be prepared that you may not have a full sheet covering you. All your essentials are covered. However, she had to lower the cover a little below the waistline when massaging my back. Additionally, she may maneuver your body in certain positions that you're not used to. There's nothing wrong with it, but be prepared.
- She may answer the phone during your massage. Cindy answered her phone towards the end of my massage. Granted it was towards the end of my massage and I don't know if she'd do this all the time. Additionally, a potential customer walked in to her lobby during my massage. Cindy had to pause and go check in on this customer. My point- be prepared for possible interruptions.
- She may talk to you during the massage. I like that she's personable and nice, but I'm the type of person that would like to just enjoy the massage and not get into a conversation. Cindy chatted with me a few times throughout the massage. I would have preferred not to, but to each their own.
Recommendations
- Make sure you schedule an appointment. She's a one woman show. She'll take same day appointments and she'll try to be flexible, but make sure you make an appointment.
Final Answer
Willing to come back, but may not be my first choice.
