  • Dishonest! I feel like this guy was especially rude towards women. Instead of looking at the car and diagnose the problem they noticed the dealer sticker and called up the dealer to see what they diagnosed. Lazy and dumb! The dealer called me to let me know. Then they tried to overcharge me by $1000 by stating the Ac compressor could be bad (Ac compressor was fine!) and didn't even diagnose the problem to begin with! When I went to pick up my car and told them I didn't want them doing any work on it they acted shocked and said it wasn't ready, then tried to charge me a diagnostic fee when they didn't even look at it. Totally rude. Will never take my car here again. Go to tanner if you have a Volvo. They are honest 100% of the time!
