  • Worst experience I've EVER had 1) they gave me a number for my trade in I was happy with and then when they brought me the paper it was less 2) the car they have listed on their website was a couple hundred less then what the sales person said AND then the car on paper was a even more (this alone was ridiculous enough) but THEN 3) the sales person gave my husband attitude when he got upset by the above 4) when we decided to leave they wouldn't give me my keys. Horrible luckily I was able to order my car from Cali right after with a salesperson I've loved in the past. Never going for convenience/closeness again.
