  • New to ghc. Really like my primary but they make everything else god awful. I got a referral to my existing pain specialist because i have a pump implanted in my abdomen that puts pain meds directly into my spine due to a genetic condition. Thry approved a whole three visits i need monthly. Than they denied the pump refill as needing a prior auth. So I guess the fist prior auth meant i could walk thru the doors but not get the treatment I need. Also every link on their site is bogus. I cant see their formulary to see if i can ask about drug swaps to lower out of pocket costs. I use chiropractic care often but find the one by me enept when asked if i could get a referral to one i like that is close was told they never authorize outside chiros and i would have to drive to fitchburg for a 5 minute appointment.
