  • I have been here twice, both times had an awful experience. I went somewhere else and purchased the same outfit for less than it cost at men's warehouse to rent. That wasn't really the issue, since I was willing to spend the money. The true issue was the lack of customer service.....least helpful salesmen ever.... Update: Fast Forward 2 years later...We are again the market for a suit. After looking around at other wedding tuxedo stores my (now) husband says "Can we just go look at Men's Warehouse?" My response? "Fine...." So we go. We walked in and right away we were greeted. There was a shorter black gentlemen (forgive me I forgot his name) that was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time and seemed to actually care about finding a suit that fit great. It was past closing time by 30 min and they acted like it was 2 in the afternoon. I finally asked "Don't you have to leave?" The reply? "Yeah, but let's make sure he looks great first." Thanks for a great suit and actually caring! They should give this man a raise!
