  • I don't want to sound like a grinch but I have to share with consumers today. We never used pf changs curb side order but since today is Christmas eve we thought we order out and invite friends over for dinner. So we order online at around noon for 550pm pick up. We got there early, 540pm, just to give them extra time. We did not get our food until 632pm only after my wife spoke to the manager. BEWARE!!They cannot handle the holiday traffic... Look for other options... I will try and upload pictures of the receipt with the time and the tickets from the kitchen. Idk of the times on the tickets from the kitchen are when the order was placed or when the food was checked out.
