  • I have shopped at Ashley for many years and never had a bad experience. However, I had a bad experience today. A salesman greeted me at the door and I explained that I was just looking and thanked him. However, he proceeded to follow me throughout the store by hiding behind areas and this continued even after I said I didn't need any help. After a while, I just went to the customer service desk and reported him. I don't want his name to appear on here but I think he should know who he is. It was pretty uncomfortable and like a stalker. I will continue to shop at Ashley in concord with my salesman Doug, but I won't come back to this store.
