  • Wonderful place to live! The rent is super reasonable considering it's location! Right next to Birkdale, only 10 min walk to shopping. Also right next to some lovely neighborhoods with wonderful walking paths and plenty of sidewalks. The grounds are kept up with beautiful landscaping and the property itself is very picturesque with plenty of trees! It also makes my day when I'm taking my trash out and the maintenance man helps me without any hesitation! Love this place!
