  • My parents are having me write this review for them because they aren't tech-savvy. My dad needed a new phone so they went in to get one. My mom requested a certain lady and she was unavailable. They got a man named Irvin and it all went downhill from there. They said he was EXTREMELY impatient with them and kept rolling his eyes. I understand they're old but that's what he there for, to help. My dad is extremely frustrated and now doesn't know how to use his phone. Very disappointing.
