If all you want is a nice hotel with good views of the city, then this hotel isn't bad. We definitely enjoyed the views from our room. But we were very disappointed in the service. I'm a platinum elite member with Marriott and booked 2 rooms for my family and friends. The concierge lounge made us feel completely unwelcome and we ended up walking out. The next day we needed a breakfast recommendation and directions. The concierge in the lobby was no where to be seen. The one worker trying to serve the guest (and I wish I got his name) did his best to help a guest in front of us, and then us, though it wasn't his job or his area of expertise, he let us know that and tried his best, which I appreciated. He didn't have a breakfast recommendation so he called the concierge up stairs...he got someone, but they wouldn't help, so he tried. He finally found a bellman who helped, but gave us bad directions and we never found the restaurant. Oh well. After 16 years of staying at Marriotts, nearly exclusively, this is not one I can recommend.
